Brainstorm & Ideation Facilitator

Assign a problem and a facilitator agent reframes it, runs a structured diverge-then-converge brainstorm, and curates an impact-and-feasibility-scored shortlist with reasoning for you to approve.

What it installs

Agents 1

  • Facilitator Agent

A facilitator who reframes the problem, runs disciplined divergent and convergent ideation, and curates a reasoned shortlist.

Workflows 1

  • Reframe, diverge, converge, self-check, approve

Frame and reframe the problem, diverge without judgment, converge to an impact-and-feasibility-scored shortlist, self-check the discipline, and hand off for approval.

Skills 3

  • brainstorming

Turn an idea into a validated design through collaborative dialogue: understand context first, ask clarifying questions one at a time (multiple-choice preferred), propose 2-3 approaches with trade-offs and a recommendation, present the design in complexity-scaled sections getting approval at each, apply YAGNI ruthlessly, and never proceed to implementation before the human approves. Adapted from obra/superpowers/brainstorming.

  • brainstorm-ideas

Generate feature ideas from three perspectives — Product Manager (value, market fit, differentiation), Designer (experience, onboarding, engagement), and Engineer (technical innovation, integrations, platform) — generating several per lens, then prioritize the top ideas by core-value delivery, speed-to-validate, and differentiation, each with reasoning and a key assumption. Adapted from phuryn/pm-skills/brainstorm-ideas-new.

  • reframe-problem

Widen the option space before divergence by reframing the problem — zoom out to the goal, zoom in to the real bottleneck, flip a constraint, change the unit (feature vs workflow vs outcome), shift the actor, invert, or borrow an analogy — so the brainstorm explores a bigger space than the obvious first framing.
