Sweep regulatory feeds (Federal Register API, regulator RSS, public web) since the last check and classify each item by materiality — always-material / review-worthy / FYI — logging comment deadlines for NPRMs and ANPR/RFI items and tagging every citation by source. policy-diff

Diff a specific regulatory change against the indexed policy library: verify rule status first, extract each discrete requirement, map it to the closest policy, and classify the gap (none / partial / full) with the specific change needed, owner, effort, and risk. policy-redraft

Produce a marked-up proposed redraft that closes a diffed gap: smallest-possible edit, struck/inserted redlines with an inline rationale per change, verify tags carried through, written to a dated proposal file — never to the live policy — and never closing the gap in the tracker. reg-gap-analysis

Diff a new regulation or guidance against current governance posture and produce a prioritized remediation plan: scope (does it apply — jurisdiction, threshold, builder vs deployer), extract requirements by category, diff against current state, prioritize by hard-deadline / prohibited-practice / effort-to-impact / use-case overlap, and split into must-do / should-do / already-compliant / accepted gaps.
