  • Browser access to your contract & procurement systems — The agent works in your CLM, procurement, and document storage through their web interfaces in your browser and pauses for your approval before making any changes. Until you connect them, it works from attached exports (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, proposals) and the relevant document.
  • Web search and fetch access for vendor research — The agent searches the web and fetches vendor pages, security pages, status histories, and pricing to ground the evaluation. Research quality depends on this access.
