Job post & JD builder

Given a role brief, a people agent researches comparable postings, builds a structured job description and a job post in your employer-brand voice, and self-critiques it for inclusive language before handing it to you to approve.

Saves you ~2.8 h / run

How it works

Trigger
When you start the “Research, structure, write, self-critique, approve” workflow.
Job
Research comparable postings, structure the JD, write the post.
Outcome
An inclusive, research-backed job description ready to publish.

What it installs

Agents 2

  • People Agent

Drafts market-aware, inclusive job descriptions and posts.

  • Job post & JD builder Quality Reviewer

Checks primary evidence, domain controls, deliverable completeness, and communication quality, stopping the run when the work is wrong, unsupported, incomplete, or uncertain.

Teams 1

  • Job post & JD builder quality team

The delivery agents produce the work while an independent quality reviewer checks each workflow handoff against explicit evidence, domain, and communication requirements before the run can continue.

Workflows 1

  • Research, structure, write, self-critique, approve

Research comparable postings, structure the JD, write the post, self-critique for inclusive language, and hand off for approval.

Documents 1

  • Employer-brand voice

Your editable guide to how the company talks about itself to candidates — fill in your own voice, tone, and boilerplate so every post sounds like you.

Skills 3

  • job-post-builder

Six-phase hiring-packet workflow — gather role context, research comparable postings, write a market-informed job post, with approval gates that never publish or send without sign-off. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/job-post-builder.

  • job-description

Generate inclusive, bias-free job descriptions: required vs. nice-to-have separation, a 5–7 must-have cap, level/scope calibration, and a coded-language swap table. Adapted from claude-office-skills/skills/job-description.

  • recruiting-pipeline

Frame the role inside the hiring funnel — sourced → screen → interview → debrief → offer → accepted — and the velocity and conversion metrics that show where a pipeline leaks. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/recruiting-pipeline.

Folders 1

  • Job posts & JDs

Requirements

  • Web search and fetch access for comparable job research — The post is grounded in 3–5 comparable live postings for the role; research breadth and market accuracy depend on the worker's web search and fetch tools. Without them the agent drafts from the brief and the employer-brand-voice document alone and says so.
  • Browser access to your job board — Publishing is yours to do: the agent produces the approved JD and post and, when you ask, works in your job board or ATS through its web interface in your browser, pausing for your approval before posting anything. Until you connect it, it delivers the post as a document for you to publish.
