  • Web search and fetch access for regulatory feeds — The agent monitors regulatory feeds (the Federal Register API, regulator RSS, and the public web) through worker web search and fetch tools, and pauses for your approval on every redraft. It reads public sources only.
  • Browser access for paywalled or JS-heavy regulator sites (fallback) — When a regulator's docket or a feed is behind a login or renders only in a browser, the agent falls back to browser access to read the rendered page; it only reads, never files.
