Start workflows when events arrive
A paid invoice or a new pull request review can now start a workflow in Task Machine. We built Events Connectors so work that depends on another service can begin when something happens, rather than waiting for someone to start it.
Choose Events for a supported service in the Connector Catalog, then select the events that should start your workflow. For example, a GitHub review can trigger a workflow that follows up on the review. You can select specific event actions where the service supports them.
Depending on the service, Task Machine can set up event delivery for you, or you can add a private link in the service's settings. Task Machine checks incoming events against the service's documented verification method before they can start work.
Agents can propose an Events Connector when they need one. You finish its setup, even when the proposal is approved automatically.
