CRM hygiene & pipeline maintenance
On the schedule you choose, a RevOps agent audits your CRM for stale deals, duplicates, missing fields, and stage violations, scores pipeline health, ranks the leads to call, and drafts a side-by-side cleanup plan — then lands one approval where you approve changes per item.
Saves you ~3.3 h / week

What it installs
Agents 2
-
RevOps Agent
Keeps CRM data trustworthy and the pipeline honest by auditing against the data rules and proposing fixes for approval.
-
CRM hygiene & pipeline maintenance Quality Reviewer
Checks primary evidence, domain controls, deliverable completeness, and communication quality, stopping the run when the work is wrong, unsupported, incomplete, or uncertain.
Teams 1
-
CRM hygiene & pipeline maintenance quality team
The delivery agents produce the work while an independent quality reviewer checks each workflow handoff against explicit evidence, domain, and communication requirements before the run can continue.

CRM data rules & stage definitions
What a clean record and a healthy pipeline look like: dedup rules, required fields, freshness windows, stage entry/exit criteria, and the propose-don't-edit gates.
Goals 1
-
CRM clean and the pipeline trustworthy
Keep CRM data trustworthy and the pipeline accurate enough to forecast from, on the chosen cadence. Success looks like: Each cycle ends with a human-approved cleanup plan applied: no stale deals past the window without a logged decision, no unresolved duplicate sets, required fields and next steps complete on open deals, no deals past their stage aging threshold unescalated, and a pipeline health score the owner trusts to forecast from.
Skills 5
-
crm-cleanup
Run a CRM hygiene pass: scan for stale deals (no activity in the window), duplicate contacts (shown side by side), and missing required fields, then apply only what the owner approves per item — never deleting, auto-merging, or re-staging. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/crm-cleanup.
-
crm-maintenance
Keep the CRM current without the owner opening it: log activity from email and calendar context onto the right contact and deal, audit a deal against recent activity, and surface stale records — announcing every externally visible write before making it. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/crm-maintenance.
-
pipeline-review
Analyze pipeline health and produce a weekly action plan: score stage progression, activity recency, close-date accuracy, and contact coverage; flag stale, stuck, past-close, and single-threaded deals; and rank where to focus. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/pipeline-review.
-
lead-triage
Score inbound leads by engagement, company fit, urgency, and recency to produce a ranked 'call these first' list with talking points, drafting follow-ups and proposing slots — never sending, booking, or re-staging without approval. Adapted from anthropics/knowledge-work-plugins/lead-triage.
-
crm-hygiene
Enforce stage definitions, next-step requirements, and data completeness across the pipeline: document entry/exit criteria and mandatory fields per stage, set aging thresholds and escalation triggers, and run a hygiene scorecard before forecast and exec reviews. Adapted from gtmagents/gtm-agents/crm-hygiene.
Schedules 1
-
CRM hygiene sweep
Runs the CRM hygiene sweep on the schedule you choose. ## Professional quality control Objective: complete the recurring CRM hygiene & pipeline maintenance operating cycle and deliver a review-ready, evidence-backed result rather than merely report that the schedule ran. Start by fixing the review period, reading the current source records and prior run, confirming required access, and listing missing or contradictory inputs. Execute the bundle's full authored method in order, retaining source, calculation, command, or before/after evidence for load-bearing findings. Separate facts from interpretation, apply supplied policy without inventing thresholds, and stop any branch that requires missing authority or an unconfirmed human rule. Produce the complete named deliverable plus an evidence record, assumptions, exceptions, unresolved questions, and concrete next actions with owners where the method calls for them. Run the workflow's independent verifier checks and fix failures before requesting approval. The task is done only when every requested section and quality criterion passes or a blocker is explicit; silence, inaccessible data, or polished prose is not proof of completion. Reconcile each status, owner, date, dependency, exception, and next action to the operating record. Confirm that proposed changes remain within authority. Internal communication must be decision-dense and plain, without generic AI phrasing, management filler, vague ownership, or a polished summary that omits blockers. The human retains authority over publication, sending, spend, signing, merging, deployment, and other consequential external actions.

Requirements
- Browser access to your CRM — The agent works in your CRM through its web interface in your browser and pauses for your approval before making any changes — it never deletes, merges, or changes a stage on its own. Until you connect it, it works from attached exports (deal and contact CSVs) and the relevant document.
