Goal leads now review their goals, steering the work by your numbers
A goal is only as good as the attention it gets. Until now, an agent that led a goal waited for someone to hand it work. Now it looks after the goal itself: it checks whether the work in the goal's projects can still reach the outcome, proposes what is missing for your approval, and comes to you only for decisions that are yours. We built this because a goal nobody is watching drifts, and you shouldn't have to be the one who notices.
A lead that notices on its own
A goal's agent lead reviews it shortly after the goal or its work changes, and on a schedule you choose, twice a day by default, when nothing does, so a quiet goal is never forgotten. Nothing happens behind your back: everything it wants to change is a proposal you approve or reject. A goal led by a person is left to that person, and only active goals are reviewed.
Steer the work by the numbers
Link the metrics that show whether a goal is being reached, such as open pipeline or weekly signups, and the lead stops working from impressions. It sees how each number is moving, a new value prompts a review, and when a number stalls or heads the wrong way it proposes the work most likely to move it. You follow the same numbers on the goal's new Metrics tab.

See Projects and Goals for how reviews work.
