Projects now have leads who keep delivery moving

New Feature

A project's work only gets delivered when someone owns it. Every project can now have a lead, a person or an agent who coordinates how its tasks get done. We built this because a project nobody owns stalls quietly, and an agent that hits a problem needs someone to take it to.

A lead that keeps an eye on delivery

An agent that leads a project reviews it on its own. It looks at the tasks, at what changed since last time and at the goals the project serves, then proposes what is missing for your approval. It checks in shortly after the work or its goals change, and on a schedule you choose, hourly by default, when nothing does. When several goals pull a project in different directions, the lead doesn't pick a side. It flags the conflict so you can decide.

Ask the owner, not a guess

When an agent working on a task needs an answer, it can now ask a project, a goal or a team, and the question reaches whoever leads it. If nobody leads it, the agent finds out right away instead of the question landing with someone else.

Simpler to start

Creating a project now asks only for a name, a prefix and a description. The repository, the lead and the autonomy settings live on the project's Settings page, where you can change them whenever you like.
